Automate your reporting

Set up scheduled reports, recurring health checks, and custom optimizers for your Google Ads accounts.

Buron runs a couple of automations on by default, plus a weekly report you can enable. You can also build your own.

What's already running

The daily optimization review runs every morning. It scans your accounts and writes findings for whatever it turns up, which appear in your Findings queue.

The 30+ health checks run on a schedule too. Their status appears in the Health tab. To run them on demand, check out Audit your account.

Turn on the weekly report

The weekly Google Ads report is off by default. To enable it:

  1. Go to Automations in your Google Ads workspace.
  2. Find Weekly Google Ads report.
  3. Click Enable.

The Agent runs every Monday and emails a narrative plus a metrics table covering clicks, conversions, spend, and CPA. You can configure the lookback window and the maximum number of findings included.

Build your own automation

Click New automation in the Automations tab. You can choose between:

  • Health check. Runs on a cron, reports pass/warn/fail, and triggers alerts when something fails.
  • Optimizer. Agent-driven. Runs on a cron, generates findings with recommendations, and emails you when complete.
  • Webhook trigger. Fires when an external system sends a webhook. Useful for integrations with Slack, email, or your own tools.

Configure notifications

Each automation can email a list of recipients when it runs. Open the automation and edit Notifications to change the list. You can also send to a Slack channel or a custom webhook.
