Agent

Ask your first question

Open the Agent, ask your first question, and see how Buron turns it into real work.

Your first question is the whole point of Buron. You don't have to learn a query language, and you don't have to finish any setup first. You type what you want in plain words, and the Agent goes to work.

The hardest part of any new tool is knowing where to start. With Buron there's no dashboard to hunt through and no report to build by hand. The blank chat is the front door, and "where do I even begin?" stops being a question, because you can just ask.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • A Buron workspace (a free trial is fine)
  • Nothing connected. You can ask before you hook up any data.

A brand-new workspace with nothing connected can still answer plenty. "Show me around" tours what's available, and if a question needs data you haven't connected yet, the Agent shows a Connect button right in the chat. So your first question can even kick off connecting a source.

To get data-specific answers, you can install the pixel, connect your CRM, or set up Google Ads conversion tracking. But none of that has to come first.

Step 1: Open the Agent

The Agent lives in a panel beside your workspace, open in every Buron screen. There's no separate page to visit. Open Buron and you'll find it at the top of your sidebar, right next to whatever you're looking at. For more on where it sits, see Meet the Agent.

A blank chat greets you with two lines:

Hello there! How can I help you today?

That's your cue. Below the greeting you'll see a row of suggested replies and a message box.

Step 2: Ask your question

You have three ways to start, and you can mix them however you like:

  • Type it. Click the message box, write your question, and press Enter to send. (Use Shift+Enter if you want a new line.)
  • Tap a starter. The pills above the box, like Show me around, are one-tap shortcuts. Tapping one sends it as your message right away, so it's the fastest way in. Meet the Agent explains what each one does.
  • Type / to pick a ready-made skill. A menu opens where you can search Buron's skills by name, domain, or workflow, like setup or writing a report, so you can launch a task without describing it from scratch.

Once you send anything, the greeting and the starters tuck away and the conversation begins.

Step 3: Watch the Agent work

The Agent reads your message and starts answering. Sometimes it replies straight away. Sometimes it reaches for a tool, like pulling Google Ads numbers, reading or saving a team doc, or searching the web. It streams the work into the chat as it goes, so you can follow along.

A few things to expect:

  • It may pause to ask you a question before it continues.
  • It asks for your approval before it changes anything outside Buron. You'll see an approval card in the chat.
  • You can expand any step to see what went in and what came out.

For the full picture of what the Agent can reach for, see What the Agent can do.

What you can ask

Anything in plain words. A few that match what the Agent can really do:

  • Show me around: a tour of what's connected and what's possible
  • why did CPA change last week?: a concrete data question
  • Build my dashboard: set up the reports you'll come back to
  • Do a deep dive: hand it a topic and let it dig in
  • Run a health check: a once-over of your accounts
  • Schedule weekly update: set up a recurring check-in

No special syntax, and no need to phrase it perfectly. Ask the way you'd ask a teammate.

Where to see it

  • In the conversation. Everything streams inline, and you can expand any step to see the details.
  • In your sidebar. The chat is saved automatically, so you can reopen it any time. To rename, share, retry, or tidy up, see Manage your conversations.
  • In Knowledge. If the Agent saves a document, it lands in your team's Knowledge.
  • In Google Ads. If it pulls Google Ads data or runs a health check, that work ties to your Google Ads area.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to connect anything before I ask? No. You can ask right away. "Show me around" tours what's available, and if a question needs data you haven't connected yet, the Agent shows a Connect button right in the chat so you can hook it up on the spot.

What should my first question be? Anything in plain words. Try a starter like Show me around, or ask something concrete like "why did CPA change last week?". You don't need any special syntax.

How do I send my question? Type it in the message box and press Enter, or tap one of the suggested replies to send it in one click.

What's the slash menu for? Typing / opens Buron's skills, which you can search by name, domain, or workflow, so you can kick off a common task like setup or report writing without describing it from scratch.

Where does my first chat go? It's saved automatically in the sidebar, so you can reopen it any time. See Manage your conversations for renaming, sharing, and retrying.

Does the Agent change anything without asking? No. Anything that changes data outside Buron needs your approval first, and you'll see an approval card in the chat. There's more in What the Agent can do.
