Meet the Agent
The Agent is Buron's chat interface, where you'll work with AI on your marketing tasks.
The Agent is the main way you'll work with Buron. It's a chat where you describe what you want, and the Agent picks up the task and runs with it. You can ask it to review last week's spend, draft a launch plan, or run a health check.
Open the Agent
You'll find the Agent at the top of your sidebar in every Buron workspace. Click in and you'll see a handful of suggested replies to get you started.
- Show me around gives you a tour of what's connected and what the Agent can do.
- Build my dashboard sets up the views you'll come back to.
- Do a deep dive hands the Agent a topic and lets it dig in.
- Schedule weekly update sets up a recurring check-in.
- Run a health check reviews the state of your accounts.
You can use one of these as a starting point, or just type your own question.
How a conversation flows
When you send a message, the Agent picks it up and decides what to do. Sometimes that means answering you directly. Sometimes it means using a tool, like pulling a Google Ads report, searching the web, or saving a document to Buron. You'll see the work happening as it streams in.
To stop a response partway through, click the stop button next to the input. If something didn't quite land, click Retry below the message and the Agent will try again.
Tool approvals
Some actions need a thumbs up before the Agent runs them. This includes anything that changes data outside of Buron, like pushing an update to Google Ads. When that happens, you'll see an approval card in the conversation. Click Approve to let it run, or Cancel to skip it.
Read the Agent's reasoning before you accept, especially the first few times you see a new tool show up.
When something goes wrong
If your team runs out of credit, you'll see an Out of credit message with an Add credit button. Click it to top up. If the AI gateway needs to be turned on, you'll see Activate AI Gateway with an Activate button. If a request fails for another reason, Something went wrong comes with a Retry button.
