Manage your automations

Open the Automations tab to turn automations on, configure them, and see what they did.

Open the Automations tab in your workspace to see what's running, turn things on or off, and review past runs.

Find the Automations tab

In your workspace, click Automations in the sidebar. You'll see a list of every automation in scope, with a status next to each one.

The list shows:

  • The automation's name and trigger
  • Whether it's enabled
  • When it last ran and what came back
  • When it's set to run next

Turn one on or off

Toggle the switch on the automation row. Changes take effect immediately.

When you turn an automation on, the next scheduled run is when you'll see results. To run it right away, click Run now on the automation's row.

Tune the configuration

To edit an automation, click into its row. You can change:

  • The schedule. How often it runs.
  • The scope. Which accounts, campaigns, or channels it works on.
  • The notification recipients. Who gets emailed when it runs.
  • Per-automation settings. For example, the lookback window for a report, or the threshold for an alert.

Save your changes when you're done. The next run uses the new configuration.

See what an automation did

Each automation has a run history. Click into the automation, then open the Runs tab to see every past run with its status, output, and timestamp.

To dig into a specific run, click it. You'll see exactly what the Agent did, any findings or reports it produced, and any errors that came up.

Re-run on demand

To run an automation right now, click Run now on its row or inside its detail view. This is useful for testing changes or pulling a fresh report when you need it.
