Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data that Buron stores about you and your connected accounts. Orion Technologies, established at Amsteldijk 729, 1074JH Amsterdam, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting an integration

When you uninstall an integration from your Buron workspace, we immediately and permanently delete the connection data we hold for it:

the access and refresh tokens granted during sign-in,
the identity of the authorizing user or business account, and
your account selection and connection settings.

Syncing stops the moment the integration is removed.

For Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram): in Buron, go to Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads and choose Uninstall. This deletes the stored Meta connection — including the OAuth token and the list of connected ad accounts — immediately.

You can also revoke Buron's access from the Meta side at any time via your Facebook Business Integrations settings (remove "Buron"). Revoking access invalidates the token Meta issued to Buron; to also remove the stored connection record from your workspace, uninstall the integration in Buron as described above or email us.

Synced business data

Integrations import your team's own business records — for advertising integrations this means aggregate campaign, ad, and performance metrics. This data contains no personal data about you and remains available in your workspace's data warehouse after an integration is disconnected, so your historical reporting stays intact.

To have synced data for a disconnected integration erased as well, email privacy@buron.ai from an email address associated with your workspace and name the integration. We remove the data within 30 days and confirm when done.

Deleting your account or workspace

To delete your Buron account or an entire workspace — including all synced data, connections, and personal data we process about you — email privacy@buron.ai with your request. We action deletion requests within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
