Upload CRM conversions to Google Ads

Send your CRM deals into Google Ads as conversions that climb in value as deals progress, so Smart Bidding learns from pipeline instead of form fills.

#Bidding on pipeline, not form fills

Google optimizes toward the conversions it can see, and for most B2B funnels that's a form fill. Conversion upload sends your CRM deals into Google Ads instead: each deal uploads once, when it reaches the milestone you pick, valued at its expected revenue — the deal's value discounted by your stage win rates. As the deal advances, the same conversion is restated upward, becomes the real amount at close, and is canceled if the lead turns out to be junk. Bidding learns what a good lead looks like, not just where forms get filled.

Deals match through the ad click when tracking saw one, and through hashed emails when it didn't — the cross-device and in-app journeys first-party tracking always misses.

Everything stays inspectable before anything sends: a preview shows exactly which conversions would upload and with which identifiers, and the import action starts as a secondary conversion so it reports alongside your existing setup until you move bidding onto it.

Set up conversion upload — it's off by default and takes a one-time permission grant on your Google Ads connection.
